Okay, their mother didn't do all that much cooking. The last time Peter could remember her cooking was a single batch of cookies back when he'd been about ten years old, and that had only been because Peter had pulled out the teary-eyes in want for Christmas cookies. But still, the idea of eating pots was disgusting. Well aware that he was being mocked, he gave Nathan a look.
It was simplistic, that was the only way the plan would work. Peter didn't need to hear Nathan's thought to know that his brother was not happy with this, at all. But, as far as Peter was concerned, it didn't change how the plan would succeed. He'd just needed Nathan in case Sylar escaped.
"Fine," he said quietly, expression darkening with anger. "I don't need your help anyway. Forget what I said about staying a for a week, just go home." And with that, he vanished from sight, using the invisibility to leave the room as quickly as he could. He could handle Sylar alone.
