Robb was depressed and tense (as generally happened when one found out that their head had been removed and replaced), and a little skittish still from Arya's earlier alarm. When she reached out to him he didn't pull back but he did stiffen, his eyes widening slightly. After a beat he relaxed and lifted a hand to her in turn, holding hers loosely.
