A grin grew on Sirius's face. It actually felt strange. It had been well over a week and a half since Sirius had had anything worth smiling about. "You're the one who said it, dear," he replied with a short bark of a laugh.
He took a sip of water and settled back into the couch a little bit. What did they have to talk about? It seemed like everything and nothing. He tried to think back to what had precipitated all this, what specifically he had wanted her to tell him about.
