An unpopcorning of a lunatic... Open RP
((Okay'd by the I Feel Sick muns and the mods!))
Popcorn!
...What?
Tenna patted herself over for a few long seconds, spastically, her eyes flickering around the room as her hands settling upon her head and grabbed at her spiky black hair. Er. She was in a giant room. Filled with popcorn kernels. Which actually wasn't such a strange revelation, for Tenna, really - it was actually extremely... awesome - but that... huh. It was definitely a first. Watching her name disappear off of a plaque in the room, though, that might've made it onto the odd list.
Reeking of butter, still holding onto her head, and furrowing both eyebrows in a comical manner, Tenna took a few steps around, puzzled, glancing around the room at all the other kernels. She started a bit towards the door, and stopped again, doing a double-take, as if to check that, yep, it was a still popcorn.
And then, of course, exploded out into the hallway with a Xena-like yell, finally releasing her head to land in a ninja pose and glance to her surroundings. Hmm. Stone. And torches. A painting. Some suit of armor.
Dear God, she was a knight. It was the only explanation.

But, nonetheless, Tenna's eyes landed on Devi and, well, she was already in her ninja pose, still, when the woman walked in, but she froze for a few seconds longer, just kind of staring for a moment. "Devi?!" she finally exclaimed with just as much enthusiasm in her voice, eyes widening to comical widths. "Sweet baby Jeebus, you're a knight too!"
And then, of course, you know, bounded towards Devi for a hug.

"Did you just...wake up?" she asked, remembering how...gooey...she'd been, when she first unpopped. "And what the hell are you talking about? I'm not a knight. I don't think you are, either."

"I... don't... know," she replied in a quick, forced voice, finally releasing Devi and taking a bound back to glance around spastically, much like her park squirrel self. "I think I was a piece of popcorn! Which, you know, I don't think that's happened before. Do I taste like a movie theater?!" She waved a hand in Devi's face, expectantly, eyes wide.
Only... Aww, she wasn't a knight? That was disappointing, and her shoulders slumped a bit. "I'm not a kah-niggit?" she asked a bit sadly, giving the Monty Python pronunciation as she tilted her head. "Then... why... castle?"

"You were popcorn," she said, brushing salt off her shirt. "So was I, for a while...don't ask me why, I don't have a clue. How much do you remember? I mean, of everything before you...popcorned?" The fact that she was surprised by the castle was not a good sign. "I know I forgot a lot, when I came back--there's still a lot I don't remember. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it doesn't...." Oh God, had Spooky come back with her? Please, please let her have lost it...

"Uhhh," she replied, long and drawn out as she glanced around at the walls and blinked a bit. To be honest, she hadn't been in the school all that long in the first place - - but one would think she would have at least remembered coming to Hogwarts. "Well, I don't remember being a KNI-" She stopped herself before she finished the world, trailing off into one long syllable before she picked it back up again as, "Iiiiinnnnn a castle..."
The state as to Spooky was unknown at the moment. Spooky could appear at any time, really. He just hadn't had an opportunity to, yet.

"Karaoke, hmmmm?" she asked excitedly, letting the 'hmm' grow long and drawn out and... slightly obnoxious. She actually... she had a glimpse of a thought of singing... something. Karaoke-related. Upon Devi's mentioning of it. ...Weird. "Castles have karaoke?"

Tenna's eyes bugged out considerably, jaw dropping a bit as she glanced around at the walls. "School, I may molest you," she mumbled, almost in awe, under her breath, and finally looked back to Devi, eyes still comically wide. "Really?"
no subject
"Yeah, really. We've got a little bit of everything. Do you remember anything about the house system?" Oh God, did she ever know anything about the STFU suite? This could get...sticky.
