It's been a while, all you wayward children of Hogwarts. I think it's time for a little more... music.

I know, the lyrics are sappy, but I love a good cover.

Now, that's a little less... sticky-sweet. Charming in its own way, I suppose.

He squirmed a bit, twining their legs together. "I prefer us with wands and spells and studying together," he admitted, as if it were a shameful secret.

The Doctor looked unconcerned, drifting off again. "Mm, you be sure to do that if you remember."

"Interfering with you collapsing into a drunken stupor, am I?" But it was said fondly; a peaceful moment like this was to be savored.

"Little bit, yeah." He chuckled and closed his eyes again.

"That's not a very good habit." He nuzzled the Doctor's neck, a bit drowsy himself. "Not with your lisstil... lifestyle. S'all right now, though. I can destroy any intruders."

"What intruders?" He laughs sleepily. "Shuddup. You're not making a bit of sense."

"Oh, we've both got enemies. And you shouldn't sleep in your clothes." He pawed limply at the Doctor's shirt. "It's not good for them."

He chuckled again, batting at the Master's hand. "So we'll sort it out with magic. Still in your clothes. Hypocrite"

"You don't seem to care." He made a bit more of a concerted effort at undoing buttons. "And don't let's start on hypocrisy, unless it's to agree that it's an inherent racial flaw and move on."

The Doctor opened one eye to observe the Master's progress. It was becoming clear that he was not going to be falling asleep any time soon.

"Careful. Do this too much, you'll get bored with it."

"You're a lot of things, Doctor, but boring isn't one of them." He'd managed to yank the Doctor's shirt open while leaving his tie dangling around his bare neck; it might have been impressive dexterity, or a lucky drunken fluke. "Unless you're planning on getting sick of me rapidly. I wouldn't like that."

He raised his eyebrows, impressed and amused at once as he tried to squirm into an upright position. "Wouldn't be able to do much though." But he was teasing of course. He wasn't planning on getting sick of the Master in the near or distant future.

"You forgot something" the Doctor slurred, gesturing to the tie and fumbling witht he knot.

"I like it. It's dapper." He refrained from protesting that he could do quite a bit; it would spoil the mood. Instead he rolled onto his side, undoing his own buttons. "You wear that well, that suit."

"I don't now", the Doctor pointed our as he jshrugged out of his shirt and jacket, shoving them to the floor before reaching up to help the Master with his buttons.

"You don't need it now." He laughed, reaching out to run his fingertips down the Doctor's chest. It still felt like a delicious luxury, having the Doctor in his bed. "Never knew you to shrink from a compliment." He tugged his shirt off with mild impatience and, for a change, let it drop to the floor with the Doctor's. Doubtless the House Elves would tidy them up before he spared them another thought.

The Doctor sighed, the Maser's fingertips cool and pleasant against his skin. He let his own hands drift across the other's shoulders, lost for a moment in his own muddled thoughts.

"I don't know if I should encourage you to drink or try to dissuade you from it," the Master chuckled, shivering in pleasure at that light caress. It felt impossibly good to pull him close again, to delight in the simple intimacy of a bare-chested embrace. "Not that you take direction well, or that you'd hold my attention if you did. And vice-versa, I've no doubt." He was rambling, the clearer bits of his mind could tell, and at risk of straying into uneasy subjects, so he put his mouth to safer use and kissed the Doctor with what finesse he could still manage.

He kissed back clumsily, his hand roaming over the Master's chest and shoulders as he squirmed up and ground their hips together.

"Mn... Wouldn't rather have me sober and aware of what I'm doing?" The Doctor mumbled into his neck. "Not good at much when I can't think..."

"If you want to stop..." He whimpered at the feeling of the Doctor grinding against him, too drunk and comfortable to be proud. "Feels nice. But we can stop." He didn't want to, but having the Doctor in his arms was good enough.

"S'not what I meant. Not stopping now." And theremight be problems if the master tried. He was the one who kept the Doctor from sleeping after all. "just meant, I might not be as much fun this way."

He tightened his embrace, laughing softly. "If you want to treat me to skillful and precise sex when you're clearheaded enough to concentrate, that's fine by me. But this... this is just nice. Don't you think it's nice?"
