OOC Memes: When Writer's Block Attacks

Wishbone's chocolate made me remember an old meme that had been kind of fun.

Your character has been force-fed a truth potion and tied to a chair. There's no hope for escape, so don't bother trying. Yes, even for you, Bond. I see you working the knots. No, Lezard, you can't turn us all into tribbles.

Both characters and muns can ask questions. The characters have to answer truthfully, but if they're skilled in verbal gymnastics, they can try to talk their way out of answering. Make a post with the names of the characters up for play, and we'll interrogate them suitably.

Nikola Tesla. Have at.

Up for questions are Grant, Damien, Billy Brennan, Tenel Ka, Fields, Dieter, Tako, Mathis, Bond, and Griffin.

Electric boogaloo: great dance, or greatest dance?

Anything electric instantly becomes greater than a non-electric version.

Case in point: The slide. Fun for a while, but eventually revealed as nothing but kid stuff. The electric slide? Humans are still doing that into the far future. It will live forever.

From the mun: Dr. Grant, who would win? A blooded velociraptor queen, or Sarah Palin on PMS and meth?

[identity profile] dinosaurman.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 05:29 am (UTC)(link)
First off, I have to say that if this could actually be arranged, while I should have a moral objection to it, I'm having a very hard time getting the urge to protest. While Governor Palin may stay alive for a while, my money's on the raptor.

Please. Ask.

[identity profile] methleigh.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 05:45 am (UTC)(link)
Do dragons interest you? They are perhaps muggle kin of dinosaurs?

[identity profile] methleigh.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 05:48 am (UTC)(link)
Did you meet any of the great wizards of your time?

[identity profile] dinosaurman.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 05:50 am (UTC)(link)
They do, and I have some theories (http://community.livejournal.com/hogwarts_hocus/1448998.html) about the relationship between dinosaurs and dragons. In fact, the reason I haven't taught a class in ((forever, bad mun)) a while is because I've been so caught up in my research.

Smaug and Sarutobi Sasuke.

If I did, they never revealed themselves to me as such.

Do you need fanboys? I think I could offer up Billy and Grant as fanboys. Would you eat them?

[identity profile] dinosaurman.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 06:04 am (UTC)(link)
I imagine that electric marshmallows would not be greater than the non-electric version.

I should make you s'mores sometime, then.

I have to ask, is black your favorite color? I hate to be rude, but have you ever considered a nice blue?

[identity profile] smaug-thegolden.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 06:24 am (UTC)(link)
I would enjoy some well-deserved flattery and fawning provided by my very own personal fanboys. And contrary to popular belief, humans generally taste quite dreadful. I might chew a little, but I wouldn't swallow.

[identity profile] dinosaurman.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 06:27 am (UTC)(link)
But is it the addition of electricity or chocolate that makes it better?

[identity profile] calligraphywolf.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 06:33 am (UTC)(link)
Amaterasu & Issun (Issun will probably have to answer for the both of them), and if we assume the truth serum actually worked on him and he's forced to answer instead of maiming anyone, Starscream. :D Harass away.

[identity profile] dinosaurman.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 06:33 am (UTC)(link)
Even for humans, I don't think those two would taste very good. You could have flattery and fawning, provided that you can stand a constant stream of scientific babble-squeeing to go along with it.

From the player, to Bond: You teaming up with the giant alien robot would be pretty cool. Think Hogwarts would survive?

From the player, for Dieter this time: Who wouldn't you do at Hogwarts? Already excluding the various animal students and children, naturally.

From the player: Who do you admire most, and why? Whether living or dead.

[identity profile] hot-german.livejournal.com 2009-03-14 07:22 am (UTC)(link)
I'm ashamed to say that I was unable to consummate my marriage to Yoda, who is a very nice sentient being of age, but too alien for my tastes. Also, it was clear to us both that I'd probably kill him in the attempt. I thought I could love everyone! Hogwarts has proven me wrong.

On the block: A, Near, Nny, Sadako, La Fee Verte, Tatsuhiro Satou. Ask away.
