Yukimura was very much enjoying this chance to get to explore Kuronue's body slowly, physically with his lips. He hadn't quite realized how much he wanted it until he was able to do it. He sucked lightly on Kuronue's tongue, lingering in the kiss longer before his lips traced Kuronue's jaw. He wasn't deliberately causing energy to flow between them, wasn't opening their bond, but somehow he felt more open to his lover than when he did.
