He groaned and pressed closer as if by some chance their bodies might meld together into one being.

"Master..." The Doctor grasped his shoulder with one hand, the other moving up to cup his face.

And that was what he craved, after all; the Doctor crying out his name. So much more gratifying when it was from desire. Dropping his hand from the Doctor's hair he seized his hips and ground against him frantically, groaning and gasping into his mouth.

"Nnh...." He pushed closer, grinding their hips together. Without even thinking he opens his mind, thoughts, needs reaching out and brushing at the edges of the Master's consciousness.

If it had been a directed, deliberate touch he'd have recoiled reflexively, but the gradual flow of awareness meshed with his own and he pressed his forehead to the Doctor's, grunting a little as he forced himself not to wall it off, to let their minds drift together, every pleasurable sensation rippling through them in a positive feedback loop. It wasn't a casual gesture, and the distant familiarity of it ached.

His mouth fell open as that old link between them reopened and every sensation doubled. So long... Such a long time... Every fling, every fleeting romance he'd had since all those years ago, this is what had been missing. Two like minds intertwined, hearts beating together,,,,

The Doctor moaned again, not trying to sneak a peek at anything the Master didn't want him to see, or sink any deeper into his mind than he already was. He was lost in the embrace of arms and thoughts.

The Master shivered at how simple it felt, like any skill too wholly grasped to ever be forgotten. He didn't bother trying to gather up awareness to probe, just on capturing the memory with what was still coherent enough. Physical sensation had gone warped and fluid; he literally could feel the Doctor's body as well as his own.

The Doctor sighed, lost in the link between them, every nerve buzzing. He murmured old words in Gallifreyan, unsure if they'd actually left his mouth or if he'd just thought them but it hardly mattered.

AHe pulled back then, rather suddenly and held up a hand as he sucked in a deep breath.

"Need a minute....starting to lose I think."

He slumped back, gasping as if he'd been exerting himself even more than he just had. "I wasn't expecting that," he muttered. It was an admission of weakness, but a calculated one. It made matters appear more balanced.

"Sorry... I wasn't either.... All right?" He cocked his head, his breathing beginning to settle.

"Startled, maybe." His breathing was settling as well, though, and his eyes were tracking his surroundings rather than blankly focusing inward. He reached up to stroke the Doctor's cheek, as much to confirm that they were separate beings as a fond gesture. "And I thought rolling around on the bed fully clothed like schoolboys was bringing up old memories." The grin was aiming for cocky, but came off more wistful.

He smiled, closing his eyes and letting his head rest against the Master's hand. "Perhaps we'd better slow down a little, yes?" The Doctor chuckled .

"Pleasant thought, isn't it? Of not needing to rush." He trailed his fingertips over the Doctor's face, gently tracing the curves and planes of it. "Of studying together again. The look on your face when it all comes together in your head... nothing can match that." Of course, that went for horrible realizations as well as intellectual discoveries, but horrible realizations were usually a bit short on the cuddling.

"You were always the patient one." The Doctor opened his eyes and kissed the Master's ear before flopping back and toeing off his shoes.

He couldn't help laughing at that, sincerely and thoroughly. It wasn't so much a matter of patience as it was working out bits and pieces to bring together in his next Big Plan. "When I have to be. Sometimes it even pays off."

The Doctor was much too busy enjoying his downtime with the master to worry about silly things like evil plans. Instead he smiled athe the ceiling and started to loosen his tie, absently.

All but the most abstract of evil plans were temporarily on hold, anyway. The shoe-removal hadn't really caught his interest, but the tie... oh yes. That could be the start of something delightful. He licked this lips and ran his index finger slowly down the Doctor's neck, stopping before his finger reached cloth.

Wondering how the Master always managed to find his weak points, the Doctor sighed and tilted his chin up to encourage the caress while he fumbled with the knot. He didn't bother removing int entirely before moving on to the blazer.

That little chin-tilt was encouraging indeed. On a visceral level it called up animal gestures of surrender, and by the time the analogy reached his conscious mind to be displaced the concept, his libido had seized hold of it and there was nothing to be done but to nuzzle that freely offered skin, to exhale against it, to mouth at it with damp and relaxed lips, and finally to nip sharply and soothe the slight toothmarks with little flickers of his tongue.

His breath caught in his throat as he bared it, hissing under the Master's touch. The Doctor shrugged out of the jacket before reaching out to slide his hands over the Master's sides, easily distracted as usual.

"Mn..."

Excellent, that was absolutely excellent. Still room for improvement, though, so he busied his hands undoing all those irritating buttons and snaps and zips that were the barrier between him and even more skin to lick and bite and suck.

More little noises escaped from the Doctor's mouth as he responded to the Master's touch. Once rid or the shirt and tie he pushed back again, pulling the other Time Lord closer, fingernails digging into his back.

Even better. His ego needed such signs of clear complicity, proof that it didn't take mind control or threats to make this happen, and the Doctor hastily undressing was a wonderful demonstration. And it freed his hands to roam, to delight in the Doctor's skin under his touch, to stroke and scratch and pinch and caress. "So much to taste," he snickered, nudging the Doctor onto his back and straddling him. "All this skin." He gave the hollow of his throat a brief but especially sharp nip.

"Ah!" He gasped again, almost annoyed with himself at reacting like this was all new to him, but too involved to really care. He craned his neck again with a long groan before twisting his head round and moving to grab the Master hard by the hips. "What, you never noticed?"

"Oh, I'm well aware of the amount." The grab was a slight but welcome surprise, and provoked an abrupt jerk and an embarrassing whine; he wondered if the brief but powerful rapport had him reverting to the reflexes and responses of his far-younger self. Well, that would be just fine in bed, at least. As long as it didn't cloud his decision-making in other areas. "It's having it offered up that I'm savoring."

The Doctor chuckled hoarsely and started fussing over the Master's tie. He'd never let on just how much he really enjoyed hearing the other's voice during these times, how much hearing the master talk like that really turned him on. Wouldn't want him to get too ahead of himself.

"such a long time…" he breathed into theMaster's ear, nipping at it lightly.
