There certainly were a great many sounds coming from the pair of them and the Doctor's voice was lost in the heavy breathing and low moans that filled the air between them. So many sounds, so many feelings that when he finally came, the Doctor's wasn't sure if the explosive climax reached was his own, the Master's, or both combined.

Either way, the overwhelming sensation of their minds as thoroughly entwined as their bodies were pushed the Doctor farther than he'd been in a long time. He remained aware of his surroundings just long enough to see the Master's beatific smile fade into darkness.

By the time the Master came down from that high he'd find himself looking down at the Doctor, fast asleep, still holding him.
