Adam didn't know for sure if things would turn out all right, but he made the effort and offered Sam a small smile as he stepped from the stair case, taking a quick look in to the Bar "Not there, which way is Cas' room?"

Adam glanced over his shoulder up at the taller man, then around the hall in case they saw any one he could question to see if they had seen the two children.
