The Shoggies watched excitedly as Laori approached the DETHTOWER, in hopes that she'd ask for a tour. A few began to gather around her as she perused the pamphlet, and piped delightedly as she dumped the hens into their donation box. "Sooo cool, a chicken donation!" one exclaimed. "And she wants the tour!" piped another. "Sooo cool!"
A couple of the Shoggies, at the kiosk, 15 and 28 to be specific, both tried to collect Laori's tour money at the same time, tangling up and accidentally fusing their pseudopods in their enthusiasm. Shoggy 6 took advantage of the opportunity to ooze forward. "Welcome to DETHTOWER!" the Shoggy announced. "It's sooo fun, with sooo many things to see! I will be your tour guide, and so will Shoggy, and Shoggy." The Shoggy indicated the tangled Shoggies, who finally managed to untangle themselves with a loud squelching sound. "What is your name Mastress? So we know what to call you."
"Sooo lucky, you get to give a tour!" said the group of Shoggies who took over the kiosk to Shoggies 6, 15, and 28 as they emerged, with Shoggy 6 carrying an unlit flashlight in a pseudopod. The first chamber past the doors was a vast, shadowy area supported by oddly-spaced pillars, and possessing far more angles than seemed proper. Several more Shoggies were here, gathered about a large table containing a pile of assorted meat, mostly fish, but also with some less identifiable lumps mixed in. Next the pile of meat was a pile of hats, some folded from paper, others from aluminum foil. A number of dark passageways lead off from the impossibly-shaped chamber.
"This is the sandwich-and-hats table!" Shoggy 15 piped. "Today we have fish-and-no-bread-sandwiches. You can takes some now, or when you're done!" The Shoggies waited to see if Laori wanted to take any 'sandwiches' or hats, while debating whether to show her the Hall of Shoggy History or the Forest of the Black Goat first.
