Youko fidgeted. He was half amused that the look Kusuriyuri was giving him (them?) was identical in every way to the glare on the face of his other half, only Kusuriyuri didn't look quite so potentially murderous. (Or was it suicidal, in this case? At any rate, he could hear the thought broadcasting from his other self: Maybe I should just go take a bath with a toaster. Not cool.)

"All right," he said, after glancing back around the corner at Kuro and Yuki, though without any kind of guilt. "I should have thought about Yuki earlier, but I didn't know they'd... y'know, been separated."

Kurama let out an exasperated sigh, but said nothing. He was too angry at himself and too out of his depth to even know where to start apologizing. he couldn't even look Kusuriyuri in the face.
