Meg was still, as per her mun's last hiatus notice, at home with her family celebrating the holidays, but that didn't mean that the few gifts she'd bought didn't reach their recipients.
Wishbone received, anonymously, an extremely comfortable-looking pillow he could sleep on. Because Meg had read Wishbone's letter to Santa..
Yukimura received a small, clumsily wrapped package containing a hat and scarf and a note that, when deciphered read:

I seem to have cried on your shoulder a lot over the past few months, so I thought I'd give you a little something. I don't know anything about Japanese climate, but I figured this would at least keep you warm during the Scottish winters.

The package contained an iPod which could actually play via magical means. Unfortunately for Meg, she still didn't have any idea where one acquired songs to play it on, but hey, it was a start.
