By magic, the Hat emitted the sound of a loud buzzer -- as though this were a quiz show and Mikami had just given an incorrect answer.

"Think again! I can make up anything I want, and put you anywhere I want! I AM THE DECIDER! Maybe you'd prefer, oh, House Tootsitramp?"

Was that a leer on the weird crumply hat-face?
