Molly looked at him, and now she did manage a smile, albeit a small one. "You know, all my life, almost nobody's looked out for me," she said, wiping her eyes on the back of her hand. "I...if I can't figure out how to make just part of the chocolate work, I might, but...hardly anybody's looked out for me, but on the other hand I've never really had anyone to look out for, either. And I think you kinda need it more than I do, because...because...well, because I've been crazy longer, I guess. I'd--I mean, I'd say it was kind of a mom thing, but it'd be in a 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' kind of way."
