JD paused as he was pulling a fresh pair of pants over his underpants and grinned. He fastened them, before walking back over. "Of course I will." he promised. "There's just been an emergency with a patient of mine." he kissed Jack tenderly, before pulling away a little, remaining just in front of Jack's face, their lips still near to touching.
